Your order will only be accepted after British Lighting Hub has confirmed it. We must receive and process your payment before we accept your order. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. British Lighting Hub may not be able to honor a cancellation request after your order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number you provided during checkout.
ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price applicable at the time you place your order, as stated in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order. Unless otherwise stated, the listed prices exclude taxes, shipping costs, administrative fees, customs duties, and import duties.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs formalities, or events beyond our control. As soon as we have handed over the products to the carrier, title to the products and the risk of loss pass to you.

British Lighting Hub uses Shopify to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are handled directly with British Lighting Hub. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related matter between you and British Lighting Hub, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchases of products or services. We will notify you in the event of a claim entitling you to indemnification, provided that failure to provide such notice in a timely manner does not relieve you of your obligations unless it would materially prejudice you.
